ShuttleGirl™ Handheld Feedback

We've received unbelievable support (and some great suggestions) for ShuttleGirl™ Handheld.  Here's what commuters are saying about the recent product launch at the Massachusetts Bay Transportation Authority...
You guys rock.  Excellent application.  It has made my commuting life easier.  THANK YOU.  (...)  I really mean those comments.  I go to Harvard School of Dental Medicine and commute from Hyde Park to Longwood.  I am done with my studies at various times of the day and with the schedule on my Palm it makes life so much easier.  Now with all the info available I am able to tell my wife when I'm coming home.  Anyway great app.
Eric Katzman (Hyde Park, MA)
This is a great service.  There's lots of information, detail – pretty much everything I need – without all the schedules I carried with me in the past.  Thank you!
Gururaj Srinivasan (Milford, MA)
Outstanding!  It's about time that the 'T' is catching up to the times!!  Keep up the good work!
Mark Scagliarini (Franklin, MA)
Thank you so much!  I think this is going to be very useful! I'm going to tell my friends, too.  (...)  Now that I've been using it for a couple of weeks, I LOVE IT.  I've taken my Visor with me while house-hunting, and it's been great to be able to look up the different commuter rail stations quickly and time the commute, etc.  Other things I like: being able to find the next train (the NOW button), being able to swap the stations, and the map – so cool!
Ellen Stone (Quincy, MA)
Hey, I like it!  The app seems to work well.  Finally, someone in the stinking city of Boston has done something good and right!  I am very surprised.
David Miller (commutes from New York, NY to Boston, MA)
This is *awesome*!  Now do this for the bus lines and I'll be in mass transit nirvana :)  Thanks!  (...)  The software does its job very well with a modicum of fuss and a nice, straight forward, no surprises user interface – a pleasant change of pace from the usual sizzle-but-no-steak software we're seeing everywhere these days.
Chris Patti (Somerville, MA)
This is a great feature for visitors.  The map is ideal.  What about the subway?  I wish we had this back home!
Deven Rath (lives in Toronto, ON and frequently visits Boston, MA)
One word: Awesome!  It works great.  Wish there was a North/South station link.  That would be double awesome!!  (...)  I've used it both weekday and weekends.  It is still awesome.  The only critique :) is that the next train option is not based on how far I am from the station (can't wait for the GPS version!).  Other than that, it has proven to be the reason I carry the palm in my pocket and not in my briefcase!
Paul Lawton (Abington, MA)
This is great!  Congratulations on a great tool.
Don Bernier (Hanson, MA)
Thanks for doing this.  This is a fantastic resource.  Once bus and train info is added to the Commuter Rail info, I'm sure you'll see increasing ridership over the long term.
Jonathan Noel (Medford, MA)
This is so much more convenient than carrying around a bunch of paper schedules.  Thanks!
Adam Lewis (Hyde Park, MA)
This is a great application, easy & intuitive. On my want list would be to extend this app. to include the subway map & subway frequencies. Thanks.
Paul Shepherd (Lowell, MA)
Absolutely a great idea!  I never have the schedule when I need it, so I was always picking up new ones, which wastes paper.  I always travel with my Palm, so it's great to have it on there.  I'm glad the app and its data are small, too, since I have an older model with not much RAM.
Jonathan Reed (Cambridge, MA)
I think it is fantastic that you have put commuter rail schedules in Palm format.  I was wondering, are bus schedules for Palms in the works?  I think they would be equally as handy.  Nice work!
Theresa Feledy (Somerville, MA)
Wow!  This app is great!  Thank you so much for making it very easy to schedule a trip using the commuter rail and my Palm.  Job well done.
Brian Duff (lives in Dracut, MA and uses the Commuter Rail to take his two kids to Bruins hockey games)
This is great!!!!!  Extremely handy.  No more paper schedules for me, and I know I'll have the most current version.  (...)  By the way, I had to upgrade my Palm OS from 3.0 to 3.3 to utilize your product.  The upgrade process, from the Palm website, was painless.
Chuck Pierce (Wellesley, MA)
Just heard about your Palm software and installed it.  This is an excellent tool that has been well thought out.  Thank you very much.
Paul Guay (Mansfield, MA)
This is a great application.  I can't wait to see this for buses.  Well done.
Michael Fitzgerald (Belmont, MA)
I've been manually recording the commuter rail train info for a long time now...  I'm very excited about this new software.  Thanks, it saves a lot of time.
Adam Norcott (Bridgewater, MA)
As a professional who lives in Cambridge and has specifically chosen to live and work where I can avoid use of a car, I find the new Palm software and MBTA link to maintain the commuter rail schedule on my Palm to be immensely helpful and convenient.  When will a similar service be available for the bus routes?  Thank you very much!
Dwight Gladfelter (Cambridge, MA)
Great innovation!  Thanks!  You guys are ahead of the curve!
John Haynes (Newton, MA)
I'm impressed!  First, making the step to handhelds is farsighted and shows a real focus on customer service.  Second, the interface is thoughtfully adapted to the handheld, as opposed to just feeding me a giant data file to scroll through.  Thank you!
Steve Kluskens (Milton, MA)
Great!  There is no other way to describe it.  A reminder before our train leaves may save someone's life – not running across Atlantic Ave. traffic to make their train!  This is way cool.
John D. Hill (Roxbury, MA)
I recently discovered your product via a press release published on the Railpace Magazine website.  (...)  I can only hope that SEPTA, the Philadelphia-area transit agency, is looking into your package.  As a professional programmer I have to compliment you on the smoothness and ease of use built into ShuttleGirl.
