Montgomery County Transit launches the Handheld Schedule Planner – powered by ShuttleGirl™
– for their Ride On Bus system. The Ride On Bus program provides
service to the rural and urbanized areas of Montgomery County,
Maryland.

The Schedule Planner, designed for Palm Powered™ handhelds, can be used
to view schedules for approximately 80 bus routes.

8/14/03 – Tri-County Metropolitan Transportation District of Oregon Deploys
ShuttleGirl™ Handheld 2.1

The Tri-County Metropolitan Transportation District of Oregon (TriMet),
the state of Oregon's largest public transit agency, launches the Handheld
Schedule Viewer – powered by ShuttleGirl™ – for their entire
transportation network. TriMet serves approximately 600 square miles
and transports about 300,000 people each day.

The Schedule Viewer, designed for Palm Powered™ handhelds as well as
Pocket PCs, delivers over 100 schedules – including bus routes, the
Metropolitan Area Express (MAX) light rail system, and the Portland
Streetcar.

9/1/02 – Harvard Medical School Deploys
ShuttleGirl™ Handheld 2.1 for the M2 Shuttle Service

|
Harvard Medical School adds schedules for its M2 shuttle system to the
handheld module of the Harvard Shuttletime service (powered by ShuttleGirl™).
The M2 shuttle transports students and faculty members between the Longwood Medical and Academic Area
(LMA) and Harvard University in Cambridge, and is managed by MASCO, Inc.

ShuttleGirl™ Handheld 2.1 for Bus Schedules

In light of the extraordinary response from commuter rail riders, the MBTA
upgrades its Schedule Planner – powered by ShuttleGirl™
– to deliver schedules for their bus system. The MBTA bus
network consists of 170 routes and carries nearly 375,000 passengers a day.
|
|
The Schedule Planner, designed for Palm Powered™ handhelds, is currently
in use by an estimated 40,000 users. A Pocket PC version of the
software is scheduled for launch at the end of the year.

ShuttleGirl™ Handheld 2.0 for Commuter Rail Schedules

The MBTA, America's oldest and 4th-largest transportation system,
launches the MBTA Schedule Planner – powered by ShuttleGirl™
– for their commuter rail system. The commuter rail, operated by
Amtrak under contract to the MBTA, carries approximately 130,000 people
every day and travels as far north as Newburyport, as far south as
Providence, RI, and as far west as Worcester.

The Schedule Planner, designed for Palm Powered™ handhelds, puts
the departure times of more than 450 daily trips at riders'
fingertips. "One of the best ways to make service more
convenient is by providing good schedule and route information,"
said Michael H. Mulhern, the MBTA's General Manager.

Harvard University – where the ShuttleGirl™ project first began
– launches Shuttletime for Web browsers, Palm Powered™
handhelds, and WAP-enabled cellular phones. Shuttletime –
powered by ShuttleGirl™ – delivers schedule information for the
campus shuttle system.

Shuttletime receives nearly 1,000 hits a day from students, faculty,
and other members of the Harvard community. The software is also
